We will gladly embroider your garments, caps, bags, towels and more. If you choose to drop ship your items, please ask to have your PO number listed on the label or packing slip so we can match up the correct items to your order. Also remember to use this same PO number on your order you send to us to cross reference with. Please send all drop shipped items to:

When dropping your items off in person, please use the delivery entrance and place your items in the receiving area and include a completed order with a detailed list of the items you have brought.

On all orders, please specify the total number of items, who the item is made by, a description of the items, any stock number, all sizes and colors, quantity of each size and color and where the items will be coming from. If your order is a re-order, please include the LFD number, location of design and a description with colors of the logo.

By giving us this information, we can verify the items with the picking slip to your order and ensure the correct items were delivered. By giving us the LFD number with a description helps with inputing your order and verifying that is the correct design. These are all precautions to eliminate any confusion and questions we may have and to ensure you’re get your items back in a timely manor.

Turn around time for embroidery is two weeks from the time we receive your garments and your completed order.

There is no charge for minimal editing or for adding stock lettering to an existing design, however, there is a minimum charge of $25.00 for digitizing a logo.

Please add 25% for metallic thread and a $20.00 setup for an order less than 12 on all garments.
